Fifteen centuries ago, Gyeongju was renowned as a great place for interesting people to meet. The Silla Kingdom's flamboyant leaders often met here. We have created an exciting new place for today's important people to gather.
Note: Hwabaek was the name of the council of aristocrats who ruled Korea for a 1,000 years (57 BC–935 AD). They met here to decide what was good for all. We believe the noble tradition continues today at HICO.
